There are approximately 1,200 members, 1,900 prospective members, and 500 physical therapy facilities on our lists. The lists include physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, physical therapy students and facilities. Our data base is updated at least weekly. The following conditions are stipulated regarding the use of our mailing list: 1. Content of all materials to be mailed must be submitted to the Colorado Chapter Office for approval. 2. The Royalty Agreement must be signed. Please download, complete and

with a copy of your mailing materials. Please allow two weeks for
