We can provide pressure-sensitive
labels at a cost of thirty cents per name.
There are approximately 1,400 Chapter members. The lists include physical
therapists, physical therapist assistants, and physical therapy students.
We can also provide labels based on four geographic areas of the state:
Mile High, Southeast, Northeast and West.
The following conditions are
stipulated regarding the use of our mailing list:
1. Content of all materials to be
mailed must be submitted to the Colorado Chapter Office for approval.
2. The Royalty Agreement must be
signed.

with a copy of your mailing materials. Please allow two weeks for
processing your order.
