On-line The Exhibit Hall at the Colorado Chapter's Spring Convention and Fall Symposium will contain approximately 15 display spaces. Tabletop Displays include one 8’ by 30” skirted table. Standard equipment includes
the table and two folding chairs. Your display materials must fit on top
of the 8’ x 30" table and within two feet in front or behind your table.
Fire marshal regulations require that all items stay within your designated display space and may not extend into aisles. If your display will occupy more than the allotted area, you must purchase an additional space. Display space is limited and Sponsorship Agreements will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. A minimum 50 percent deposit must accompany your Sponsorship Agreement. Full payment must be received at APTA / Colorado Chapter 30 days prior to the event. Display space cannot be confirmed until final payment is received. A confirmation notice will be e-mailed to the contact person listed on your Sponsorship Agreement. For payment purposes, APTA / Colorado Chapter's tax identification number is 84-6034046. If an exhibitor fails to pay
when due any sum required by the Agreement or fails to observe and abide
by these guidelines, APTA / Colorado
Chapter reserves the right to terminate the Agreement
immediately without refund of any monies paid. If space is not available, a waiting list will be developed in the order requests are received. APTA will refund all monies received with the contract to any applicant for whom space is not available. APTA / Colorado Chapter will inform you of your display location when you arrive at the event. Spaces will be assigned on a first-receipt of contract, first-served basis with due consideration to utility requirements and all other matters relating to the successful conduct of the exhibits. Please Note: Event venues are unable to receive or store exhibit displays or merchandise. Reserve your exhibit now! Exhibits are to be kept intact until the
official closing of the Exhibit Hall. If an exhibit is not
removed by the specified time, APTA /
Colorado Chapter has the right to remove and store the exhibit at the
expense of the exhibitor. We ask that you adhere to these set-up and teardown times so that there is no unloading or removal of exhibits during Exhibit Hall hours. As an added benefit of your sponsorship, Platinum, Gold Plus and Gold sponsors will be recognized in the 24/7 Virtual Trade Show on APTA / Colorado Chapter's web site at no additional charge. Check out our Virtual Trade Show at http://www.aptaco.org/ Names of your exhibit personnel should be listed on the Sponsorship Agreement. Exhibit personnel may attend all functions in the Exhibit Hall. Event Location & Accommodations The APTA / Colorado Chapter events are held at various

There are no refunds for cancellations or no shows. APTA / Colorado Chapter reserves the right to refuse to rent space to any company whose display of goods or services is not compatible with the general character and objectives of the exhibit. Exhibitors are prohibited from assigning or subletting any part of the space allotted to them, nor shall they exhibit or permit to be exhibited in their space any merchandise or advertising materials which are not a part of their own regular products, or which are not compatible with the character of the APTA / Colorado Chapter PT Exhibition. It is the sole responsibility of the exhibiting or sponsoring company to obtain the appropriate copyright permission and/or music licensing for all items at its display. Neither APTA, nor its members, officers, staff and management company (Caruso Group International), nor the event venue and their representatives or employees will be responsible for any injury, loss or damage that may occur to the exhibitor or the exhibitor's employees or property whatsoever, prior, during or subsequent to the period covered by the exhibit contract. It is understood by the exhibitor that the nature of the facilities available, the presence or circulation of large numbers of people, the numbers of removable articles in many displays, and various other factors, make it mandatory that each exhibitor shall assume the risk of any such injury, loss or damage. The exhibitor, by completing this Contract, thereby assumes such risk and expressly releases the above-named parties from all claims for any such loss, damage or injury. The furnishing of security shall not be deemed to affect
the non-liability of the above-named parties nor to modify in any way the
assumption of risk and release provided for them. If insurance is desired,
it must be obtained by the exhibitor. In case said premises shall be
destroyed by fire or the elements or by any cause, or in the case of
Government intervention or regulation, military activity, strikes or if
any other circumstances make it impossible or inadvisable for APTA
/ Colorado Chapter to hold the Convention and Exhibition, then and
thereupon the Contract shall terminate and the exhibitor shall waive any
claim for damages or compensation, except the pro rata return of amounts
paid for space, after the deduction of actual expenses incurred in
connection with the Exhibit, and there shall be no further liability on
the part of either party. It is recommended that exhibitors obtain adequate insurance coverage at their own expense for property loss or damage and liability for personal injury.
