posted July 31, 2008!

President George W. Bush sent a NO message down the street and the U.S. House and Senate immediately voted to over-ride his veto. HR 6331 is now law -- it stops pending physician and PT payment cuts and reinstates the therapy cap exception process effective on July 1st. Many thanks to the advocacy efforts of APTA and its members!
