Hit the Links!

We invite you to support your profession by participating in the APTA/Colorado Chapter's 14th Annual Bob Doctor Memorial Golf Tournament.

Bob Doctor, PT, established the PT Games to encourage camaraderie among Colorado Physical Therapists.  He raised funds to support the Physical Therapy profession.  In Bob’s honor, all funds will be used to support the ongoing legislative issues of all Physical Therapists, especially the Sunset renewal of our Licensure.  We invite all Physical Therapists to support the PT profession at this Social Event whether you play golf or not.

What is Sunset of our Licensure?

Every ten years, our Physical Therapy License comes up for review by the Colorado General Assembly to see if licensure is necessary. The goal of licensure is to protect the public in the least restrictive manner.

This affects all Physical Therapists in Colorado!

To ensure the renewal of your PT License and your professional future, it involves hours of work by many of your peers and of course the support of an effective lobbying team. Our lobbyists maintain vigil at the state capitol for any legislation that could affect the profession of physical therapy and thus are employed on an annual basis. This requires funds.

This fundraiser is just one way that the needed funds can be raised. Please attend the 14th Annual Bob Doctor Memorial Licensure Fundraiser.

As in past years, this will be a four-person scramble. All golfers are welcome, regardless of skill level.

Time
The shotgun start will be at 8 a.m.

Silent Auction
While you're at the tournament, we invite you to check out our Silent Auction display. Many great items such as gift certificates to restaurants, golf courses, movie theaters, etc., will be on display and open for bidding before and after the tournament.
