Course Description...
Physical therapists in all settings must be aware of the requirements of applicable laws, rules and regulations on their practice. Such requirements relate to the ownership, organization, structure and operations of the practice or facility which they own or in which they work. Whether you are an owner or an employee, the PT Practice Act holds you responsible for compliance. This Lunch & Learn Audio-Conference is designed to educate Physical Therapists on the basics of corporate compliance. Learn first hand from Greg Smith about …..

 - What is corporate compliance? How does it impact my Practice?

- Corporate compliance plans for PT Practices

- Ownership, Organization and Structure of Entities for PT Practices

- Organizational structures approved by Colorado law and how this relates to autonomous practice

- What about the Provider Network loophole

- Alternatives to the PC / PLLC / PLLP for PT Practices
